THE ABDUCTION AND TORTURE IN IKATA, BAFIA VILLAGE ROAD BY THE CAMEROON OCCUPATION FORCES.

May 5, 2025, Muyuka, Ikata Bafia road, Fako State, Southern Ambazonia:

Reports indicate that the Cameroon Occupation Forces kidnapped and tortured innocent farmers and villagers. One victim, Nelson, and others were forced to stay under the rain for a whole night before being taken away. As of now, their whereabouts remain unknown.

This incident constitutes a potential War Crimes, specifically: Torture: Forcing individuals to endure physical or mental suffering, such as being exposed to harsh weather conditions.
Enforced Disappearance: Abducting individuals and refusing to disclose their fate or whereabouts.

These actions violate: International Humanitarian Law (IHL): Prohibiting torture, cruel treatment, and enforced disappearances in armed conflicts.
International Human Rights Law: Protecting individuals from arbitrary detention, torture, and enforced disappearance.
